滇西北文旅融合业态开发潜力评价与谱系识别

Potential Assessment of Integration Development of Cultural Tourism Industries and Its Typology Identification in Northwestern Yunnan

文章以滇西北为研究区域,基于国土空间开发适宜性原则和产业融合视角,利用遥感影像数据、POI数据、名录数据、道路交通数据和夜间灯光遥感数据等多源数据构建区域文旅融合业态开发潜力综合评价模型,应用ArcGIS空间分析工具综合评价了滇西北文旅融合业态开发潜力并识别与划分了开发类型谱系及开发时序优先级。结果表明:①滇西北区域内潜力区域分布不均衡,存在极高和高潜力区聚集和无高值潜力区分布的极端状况,极高潜力区和高潜力区具有双核心—环核延伸群—带状连片的分布特征,怒江傈僳族自治州一市三县、迪庆藏族自治州德钦县和维西傈僳族自治县是文旅融合业态开发的潜力“凹地”;②将滇西北24个县级政区划分为3个价值等级,其中6个县级行政区为开发潜力最优级;③识别出基于文化资源本底的4种开发类型谱和基于游憩本底条件的3种开发类型谱以及开发时序优先级;④以潜力综合评价结果和开发谱系优先级划分了滇西北24个县级行政区文旅融合业态开发的差异化培育路径,为滇西北区域提供精细化的开发决策建议。

Focusing on the northwestern region of Yunnan Province and based on the multiple data sources,including remote sensing image data,point of interest data,directory data,road traffic data,and nighttime light remote sensing data,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the integration development potential of cultural and tourism industries in northwestern Yunnan from the perspectives of the industrial integration and the principles of territorial space development suitability.It evaluates the integration development potential of cultural and tourism industries in northwestern Yunnan,identifies and categorizes its development typologies and timing priorities.The results indicate that:1)The distribution of different-type potential areas in northwest Yunnan is unbalanced,and shows the aggregation characteristics of extremely high-value potential areas and high-value potential areas which present the double cores,ring-shaped and belt-like distribution patterns.Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,Deqen County and Weixi Lisu Autonomous County are the weakness of the development potential of cultural and tourism industries.2)According to the proportion of potential areas in each region,it divides the 24 county-level administrative regions of the northwestern Yunnan into three levels,six county-level administrative regions are at the highest level of development potential.3)It identifies four development typologies based on cultural resource backgrounds and three typologies based on the conditions of recreational resources,and puts forward the development typology priorities.4)Based on the comprehensive evaluation results and development typology priorities,it proposes the differentiated paths for the integration development of cultural and tourism industries in the 24 county-level administrative regions of the northwestern Yunnan,and provides refined development path decision suggestions.
