帕金森病患者认知和运动功能与女性生殖因素及血脂的相关性分析

Relationship between cognitive,motor function and female reproductive factors,blood lipid in patients with Parkinson’s disease

目的探讨帕金森病(PD)患者认知、运动功能与女性生育及绝经年龄、血脂等的相关性。方法选取2019-05—2022-11徐州市中心医院92例女性PD患者为研究组,另选取同一时间段门诊体检的101例健康女性为对照组,比较2组生殖因素及血脂水平。结果研究组绝经年龄[(47.8±8.2)岁比(50.2±9.8)岁]、生育年龄[(31.6±4.1)岁比(34.9±6.5)岁]及TC[(4.6±1.0)mmol/L比(5.8±1.5)mmol/L]、TG[(1.3±0.2)mmol/L比(1.8±0.6)mmol/L]、HDL-C[(1.2±0.3)mmol/L比(1.5±0.4)mmol/L])、LDL-C水平[(3.1±0.5)mmol/L比(3.8±0.9)mmol/L]均低于对照组(P<0.05),认知功能评分显著低于对照组[(24.2±5.6)分比(28.9±1.6)分,P<0.05],运动功能评分显著高于对照组[(28.9±5.6)分比(12.5±1.6)分,P<0.05]。PD患者绝经年龄、生殖年龄及TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均与认知功能评分呈正相关(r=4.172、3.518、4.183、3.829、4.963、3.829,P<0.05),与运动功能评分呈负相关(r=—3.289、—4.172、—3.818、—4.210、—3.826、—4.162,P<0.05)。结论PD的发生与生殖因素、血脂水平存在一定的相关性,维持一定的血脂水平、保持雌激素水平稳定可能会一定程度上预防PD的发生。

Objective To investigate the corelation between blood lipids,fertility,age at menopause and cognitive,motor function in female patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods Ninety-two female patients with PD in Xuzhou Central Hospital fromm May 2019 to November 2022 were selected,and another 101 healthy females from the same period of outpatient physical examination were selected as the control group,the differences in reproductive factors and lipid levels between the two groups were compared.Results Age at menopause((47.8±8.2)years old vs(50.2±9.8)years old),reproductive age((31.6±4.1)years old vs(34.9±6.5)years old),TC((4.6±1.0)mmol/L vs(5.8±1.5)mmol/L),TG((1.3±0.2)mmol/L vs(1.8±0.6)mmol/L),HDL-C((1.2±0.3)mmol/L vs(1.5±0.4)mmol/L)and LDL-C((3.1±0.5)mmol/L vs(3.8±0.9)mmol/L)levels were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05),the cognitive function scores were significantly lower than those in the control group((24.2±5.6)points vs(28.9±1.6)points,P<0.05),the motor function scores were significantly higher than those in the control group((28.9±5.6)points vs(12.5±1.6)points,P<0.05).Age at menopause,reproductive age,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels were positively correlated with cognitive function scores(r=4.172,3.518,4.183,3.829,4.963,3.829,P<0.05),while were negatively correlated with motor function scores(r=—3.289,—4.172,—3.818,—4.210,—3.826,—4.162,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of PD is related to reproductive factors and blood lipid level.Maintaining a certain level of blood lipid and keeping estrogen stable may prevent the occurrence of PD.
