数字健康共同体的出场逻辑、现实困境与建构进路

数字健康共同体是数字技术嵌入医疗卫生健康治理体系而形成的新型共同体组织范式。数字健康共同体的出场是制度逻辑、技术逻辑、市场逻辑共同作用的结果。在数字化时代,数字健康共同体在有效提升医疗卫生健康治理效能的同时也罹受“数字鸿沟”“数字异化”“数字脱钩”等三重困境。因此,必须坚持靶向治理原则,夯实数字健康共同体技术基底、加强数字健康共同体异化治理、优化数字健康共同体制度体系,以促进数字健康共同体有序运行与长远发展。

Digital health community is a new paradigm of community organization formed by embedding digital technology into medical and health governance system.The appearance of digital health community is the result of the joint action of institutional logic,technical logic and market logic.In the digital age,while effectively improving the efficiency of medical and health governance,the digital health community also suffers from the triple dilemma of"digital divide","digital alienation"and"digital decoupling".Therefore,it is necessary to consolidate the technical foundation of digital health community,strengthen the alienation governance of digital health community and optimize the institutional system of digital health community by adhering to the principle of targeted governance,so as to promote the orderly operation and long-term development of digital health community.
