自制治伤三黄酊外敷联合小夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折44例疗效分析

The Effect of Self-made Sanhuang Tincture Combined with Small Splint External Fixation in 44 Cases of Patients with Distal Radius Fractures

目的 分析自制治伤三黄酊外敷联合小夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 前瞻性研究,纳入2020年8月至2022年8月南昌市洪都中医院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者88例作为研究对象,随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各44例;对照组给予小夹板外固定,观察组加用自制治伤三黄酊外敷治疗,两组持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、肢体肿胀情况以及疼痛程度。结果 治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合时间、肿胀消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制治伤三黄酊外敷联合小夹板外固定在桡骨远端骨折患者中应用价值良好,可有效促进患者肢体消肿,弱化肢体疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made sanhuang tincture combined with small splint external fixation for treating distal radius fractures.Methods A prospective study was conducted,involving 88 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with small splints external fixation,while the observation group was treated with self-made sanhuang tincture for external application,all treatment for one month.Compare the clinical efficacy,limb swelling,and pain severity between the two groups.Results After one month of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the fracture healing time,swelling disappearance time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pain level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-made sanhuang tincture and small splint external fixation has good application value in patients with distal radius fractures,which can effectively promote limb swelling and weaken limb pain.
