核酸检测假反应性献血者归队可行性的研究

摘要 经过近10年的运行和探索,国内核酸检测技术应用于血液筛查极大地提高了血液安全性,但是将高敏感度的筛查试剂应用于低危健康献血者人群,假反应性结果在所难免。采供血机构对酶免假反应性的献血者归队研究及政策制定已较成熟,但是对核酸检测假反应性献血者的归队策略还存在分歧。本研究通过分析核酸检测系统初检/再检反应性结果出现不一致的原因,探讨核酸检测系统(单人份和混样)假反应性结果存在的可能。在此基础上,寻求核酸检测系统初检/再检反应性结果出现不一致的确证方案,为单独核酸假反应性献血者的归队提供依据,为开展或准备开展核酸反应性献血者屏蔽与归队工作的采供血机构提供实验依据。 After nearly ten years of operation and exploration,the application of domestic nucleic acid detection technology in blood screening has greatly improved blood safety.However,the application of highly sensitive screening reagents in low-risk healthy blood donors will inevitably result in false reactivity.The research and policy formulation of blood collection and supply institutions on the return of blood donors with enzyme pseudo-reactive blood have been relatively mature,but there are still differences on the return strategy of pseudo-reactive blood donors for nucleic acid detection.This paper discusses the possibility of false reactivity results in nucleic acid testing system(single and mixed samples)by analyzing the causes of inconsistent reactivity results in the first test/retest of nucleic acid testing system.On this basis,it seeks to confirm the inconsistent reactivity results in the first test/retest of nucleic acid testing system,so as to provide basis for the return of single false reactivity donors.To provide experimental basis for blood collection and supply institutions that carry out or plan to carry out screening and returning of nucleic acid reactive blood donors.
