Application Practice of Risk Management Tools in Large Comprehensive Hospitals

目的探讨并分析某大型综合性医院的风险管理策略和实践,深刻揭示医院中关键风险因子及其对应的风险应对措施,以期为广大医疗机构提供有益的风险防控参考。方法本研究采用专业评估工具对医院风险进行全面识别,并进行深入的风险源分析。基于所得评估结果,制定涉及技术、管理和操作的综合性风险控制策略。结果依据本研究建议的风险管理体系,医院成功地构建了一套健全的应急管理和指挥体系,提高了医务人员对风险的认识和应对能力,而且显著提高医疗服务的安全和质量,为确保整体医疗流程的平稳、高效运行提供了坚实保障。结论基于评估工具的医院风险管理策略有助于应对和管理各种潜在或实际风险,对于改善医疗服务质量和保障人员安全具有重要作用,经验和策略可以为其他医疗机构提供参考。

Objective This paper discusses and analyzes the risk management strategy and practice of a large general hospital,deeply reveals the key risk factors in the hospital and the corresponding risk countermeasures,in order to provide useful risk prevention and control reference for the majority of medical institutions.Methods In this study,professional assessment tools were used to comprehensively identify risks in the hospital and conduct an in-depth analysis of risk sources.Based on the assessment results,comprehensive risk control strategies involving technology,management,and operations were developed.Results According to the risk management system proposed in this study,the hospital has successfully built a sound emergency management and command system,which has improved the awareness and response ability of medical staff to risks,and significantly improved the safety and quality of medical services,providing a solid guarantee for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the overall medical process.Conclusion Hospital risk management strategies based on assessment tools are instrumental in addressing and managing various potential or actual risks.They play a crucial role in improving the quality of medical services and ensuring personnel safety.The experiences and strategies discussed can serve as references for other medical institutions.
