奥氮平治疗老年慢性精神分裂症患者的效果

Effect of Olanzapine on Elderly Patients With Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析奥氮平治疗老年慢性精神分裂症患者的效果。方法选取厦门市仙岳医院2021年4月—2022年4月收治的104例老年慢性精神分裂症患者为对象,采取1∶1比例法进行分组,每组52例,参照组实施利培酮治疗,研究组实施奥氮平治疗。比较两组患者的症状严重程度、心电图异常情况、心功能参数。结果治疗后,两组患者症状严重程度评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但两组患者症状严重程度评分治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者心电图异常情况总发生率均较高,但研究组心电图异常情况总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者左室射血分数均降低,左室舒张末期内径指标均升高(P<0.05),但两组患者左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径指标治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年慢性精神分裂症患者积极采取奥氮平抗精神类药物治疗,能在一定程度上治疗患者,但会出现心电图异常等情况,影响患者心功能,因而在治疗过程中需密切关注心电图、心功能异常变化情况,并做好相关应对、处理措施。

Objective To analyze the effects of olanzapine on elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects.The patients in each group were divided into 52 cases by a 1:1 ratio method.The reference group received risperidone treatment,and the study group received olanzapine treatment.The severity of symptoms,abnormal electrocardiogram and cardiac function parameters were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,symptom severity scores of two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in symptom severity scores of two groups after treatment (P > 0.05). The total incidence of electrocardiogram abnormalities was higher in both groups, but the total incidence of electrocardiogram abnormalities in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). After treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction decreased and left ventricular end- diastolic internal diameter index increased in both groups (P < 0.05), but there was no statistical significance in left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter index between two groups after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion Positive in patients with chronic schizophrenia treated with olanzapine antidepressant drugs, can treat patients to a certain extent, but there will be abnormal ecg, etc., affect patients with cardiac function, so need to pay close attention to in the process of treatment of abnormal electrocardiogram, heart function change, and make relevant response and handling measures.
