电针与面部走罐联合治疗面瘫的效果

Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined With Facial Canning in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

目的观察面瘫患者采用电针联合面部走罐治疗的效果。方法将2022年1—12月在福建中医药大学附属康复医院和福建省福州神经精神病防治院进行治疗的62例面瘫患者分为两组。对照组(n=31)患者采用甲钴胺联合面部走罐治疗,观察组(n=31)患者在此基础上联合电针治疗。对比治疗效果、治疗前后面部残疾指数(facial disability index,FDI)量表评分情况及面神经功能恢复情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组躯体功能及社会生活功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组躯体功能评分低于对照组,社会生活功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组面神经功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组M波波幅和运动单位电位波幅高于对照组,M波潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论面瘫患者采用电针联合面部走罐治疗有效改善面瘫症状,有利于促进面部神经功能改善。

Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with facial cupping therapy on patients with facial paralysis.Methods A total of 62 patients with facial paralysis who were treated in Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital,Fujian Province from January to December 2022 were divided into two groups.The control group(n=31)received mecobalamin combined with facial cupping therapy,while the observation group(n=31)treated with electroacupuncture on this basis.The treatment effect,facial disability index(FDI)score before and after treatment were compared and recovery of facial nerve function.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of physical function and social life function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the physical function score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the social life function score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in facial nerve function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,M-wave amplitude and motor unit potential amplitude of observation group were higher than control group,M-wave latency was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and facial cupping therapy is effective in improving facial paralysis symptoms and promoting the improvement of facial nerve function in patients with facial paralysis.
