针灸联合康复训练对卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响

Influence of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined With Rehabilitation Training on Limb Function of Stroke Patients With Hemiplegia

目的观察针灸联合康复训练对卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响。方法纳入2021年7月—2022年3月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院收治的76例卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用康复训练;观察组在此基础上采用针灸治疗。对比两组肢体功能运动、神经功能缺失、治疗效果及生活质量情况。结果观察组治疗后上、下肢评分优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗后神经功能缺失评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的68.42%(P<0.05);且生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对卒中偏瘫患者采取针灸联合康复训练,可有效改善卒中患者的肢体运动功能障碍及神经功能缺失,并进一步提高患者生活质量,具有显著的临床作用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on limb function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 76 stroke hemiplegia patients admitted to Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from July 2021 to March 2022 were included as study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture treatment on this basis.Limb function movement,neurological function loss,treatment effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the loss of nerve function score after treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 94.74%,higher than that of control group(68.42%)(P<0.05),and the quality of life was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia,acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the limb motor dysfunction and neurological dysfunction of stroke patients,and further improve the quality of life of patients,which has significant clinical effects.
