环乳韧带在乳腺癌术后胸肌前假体植入中的优势及可行性研究

Study on advantages and feasibility of cricoid breast ligament in anterior breast muscle prosthesis implantation after breast cancer surgery

目的 通过对乳房解剖的重新认识探索乳腺癌术后环乳韧带胸肌前假体植入方式的优势及可行性。方法 回顾性收集2021年1月1日至2023年5月30日期间徐州市肿瘤医院就诊为乳腺癌并行乳腺癌术后环乳韧带胸肌前假体植入患者的临床病理资料。结果 共收集到10例患者,患者年龄31~59岁,术后除有3例患者采用了止痛、2例患者有感染、1例患者有脂肪液化外,其余患者均未采用止痛、均无感染和脂肪液化发生,所有患者均未发生包膜挛缩、皮瓣坏死和取出假体的情况,有2例患者发生前哨淋巴结转移。术后随访3~24个月,采用BREAST-Q问卷评估患者的术后生活质量及满意度,非常满意3例、满意5例、2例基本满意。结论 从本组有限病例分析结果看,乳腺癌术后环乳韧带假体植入在经选择的患者中是安全、可行的。

Objective To explore advantages and feasibility of a new prosthesis implantation method after breast cancer surgery by reacquaint breast anatomy.Methods The clinicopathologic data of patients with breast cancer were retrospectively collected.The patients underwent the breast cancer surgery and prosthesis implantation with cricoid breast ligament in the Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January 1,2021 to May 30,2023.Results A total of 10 patients were collected,with age ranging from 31 to 59 years old.Three patients received postoperative analgesia,2 patients occurred infection,I patient occurred fat liquefaction.All patients did not experience capsular contracture,flap necrosis,or removal of the prosthesis.Two patients had sentinel lymph node metastasis.All patients fllowed-up 3 to 24 months after surgery.The BREAST-Q questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life and satisfaction after surgery,3 patients were very satisfied,5 were satisfied,and 2 were basically satisfied.Conclusion From the results oflimited cases analysis in this study,it is safe and feasible to implant the prosthesis with cricoid breast ligament in selected patients after breast cancer surgery.
