摘要
形式主义被视为各行各业发展的羁绊,近年来对于中小学教育中各种形式主义的讨论屡见报端。在我国,许多学者和教育工作者指出形式主义不仅消耗教师的时间和精力,还对正常的教学活动造成了干扰。过去三十年中,国外学者对形式主义进行了大量的理论与实证研究。这些研究覆盖了形式主义的定义、表现形态、测量工具、形成原因、潜在影响以及可能的解决方案等多个方面。本研究尝试对这些研究成果进行梳理与评述,以深入了解和分析我国中小学教育中形式主义的产生、发展及其解决路径。
"Red tape"has been regarded as a stumbling block to the development of organizations.The discussions of various forms of red tape in schooling are frequently reported.Scholars and educators in China generally believe that red tape consumes teachers'time and energy and interferes with education and teaching.Over the past three decades,international scholars have conducted numerous theoretical and empirical studies on red tape,including its definitions,patterns,operationalization,antecedents,potential threatens,and possible solutions.The theoretical perspectives and core findings of these international studies may help us better understand the phenomenon of red tape in schooling about its origins,development and solutions.At last,we provide an outlook on future research directions in this research field.
