数字化挑战下的幼儿教育与照护--对OECD《强势开端Ⅶ》报告的考察

Early Childhood Education and Care in Challenges of Digitalization--An Inspect Based on the Starting Strong Ⅶ

在现代科技迅猛发展的今天,如何应对数字技术对儿童的影响逐渐成为各国学前教育需要面对的问题。OECD《强势开端VII:在数字时代为儿童赋权》指出幼儿教育与照护面临的时代挑战,即保护幼儿免受数字风险的影响、减少数字鸿沟、发展幼儿早期数字素养、提升幼儿互动质量、促进专业协作和质量改善。为应对数字化挑战,OECD国家制定了针对数字服务提供商、家庭以及幼儿教育与照护机构的数字行动指南,并通过更新课程框架与教学法、培养教师数字能力、健全数字管理系统和质量监测系统来提升幼儿教育与照护机构应对数字化变革的能力。同时,还利用数字技术提高家庭和社区参与幼儿教育与照护的积极性和有效性。OECD国家在数字时代下开展幼儿教育与照护的经验,为我国学前教育的发展提供了重要启示。

With the rapid development of modern technology,how to deal with the impact of digital technology on children has gradually become a concern for pre-school education worldwide.The Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation(OECD)recently released a report,"Strong Start VII:Empowering Young Children in the Digital Age",which highlights the current challenges brought by digital ages and faced by early childhood education and care.These challenges include safeguarding young children from digital risks,closing the digital divides,fostering early digital literacy,enhancing the quality of early childhood interactions,and encouraging professional collaboration and quality improvement.The OECD countries have made digital action guidelines for families,ECCE institutions,and digital service providers to address these challenges.They have aiso enhanced ECCE institutions'ability to respond to changes in the digital world by updating curriculum frameworks and pedagogies,training teachers to develop digital skills,and enhancing digital management and quality monitoring systems.They have also used digital technologies to engage families and communities in the early childhood education and care.Implications for preschool education in China has been discussed in the last part.
