自我评估人事智力量表的中文版修订

Revision the Chinese Version of the Self-Estimated Personal Intelligence

摘要 目的:将自我评估人事智力量表(Self-Estimated Personal Intelligence-16,SEPI-16)修订成中文版并检验其效度和信度。方法:采用线上线下施测相结合的方法,对701名成人被试进行SEPI-16测试。以社会智力量表(TSIS)、情绪智力量表(WLEIS)和大五人格量表(TIPI-C)作为效标检验效标关联效度,另外随机抽取95名大学生进行重测信度检验。结果:中文版SEPI包括16个项目,由解释自我、理解他人、自我理解和目标计划四个维度构成。验证性因素分析表明量表的结构效度良好。修订后的SEPI-16总分和四个维度得分与效标分数均呈正相关。总量表及四个维度的α系数在0.74~0.82之间,分半信度在0.68~0.79之间,间隔两周的重测信度在0.49~0.71之间。结论:中文版自我评估人事智力量表具有良好的效度和信度。 Objective:To revise the Chinese version of the Self-Estimated Personal Intelligence-16(SEPI-16)and to test its validity and reliability.Methods:701 adult subjects were recruited online and offline to complete the SEPI-16.The Social Intelligence Scale(TSIS),the Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS),and Ten-Item Personality Inventory in China(TIPI-C)were used to test the validity of criterion.95 college students were randomly selected for retest reliability.Results:The Chinese version of the Self-Estimated Personal Intelligence-16(SEPI-16)consisted of 16 items,including four dimensions:explained self,understanding others,self-understanding and goals and planning.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire had a good construct validity.The total score of the revised SEPI-16 and the scores of the four dimensions were positively correlated with the scores of the criterion.The Cronbach α coefficients of four dimensions and the total scores ranged from 0.74~0.82,Spearman-Brown split-half reliability ranged from 0.68~0.79,the retest reliability of two-week interval ranged from 0.49~0.71.Conclusion:The Chinese version of SEPI-16 has good reliability and validity.
