摘要
为了保障矿井安全生产及工人的健康安全,降低作业面煤尘浓度十分重要。通过扫描电镜试验、比表面积与平均孔径测试试验以及红外光谱测试试验,对不同粒径煤尘的物理化学特征进行测试,并通过测试煤尘与纯水之间的接触角以及煤尘的吸湿量,研究影响煤尘润湿的微观因素。结果表明:煤尘粒径越小,与纯水之间的接触角越大,吸湿量减少,煤尘难以润湿;煤尘粒径减小,比表面积增大,孔容总量增大,含氧官能团减少,亲水基团如羟基也减少,使得煤尘难以润湿。根据拟合结果,确定煤尘的比表面积、总孔容以及羟基的含量是影响煤尘润湿的主要因素。
In order to ensure the safety of mine production and the health and safety of workers,it is very important to reduce the concentration of coal dust on the working surface.The physical and chemical characteristics of coal dust with different particle sizes were tested by scanning electron microscope test,specific surface area and average pore size test and infrared spectrum test.The microscopic factors affecting the wetting of coal dust were studied by testing the contact angle between coal dust and pure water and the moisture absorption of coal dust.The results show that the smaller the particle size of coal dust is,the larger the contact angle between coal dust and pure water is,the less the moisture absorption is,and the more difficult the coal dust is to wet.The particle size of coal dust decreases,the specific surface area increases,the total pore volume increases,the oxygen-containing functional groups decrease,and the hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl groups also decrease,making coal dust difficult to wet.According to the fitting results,it is determined that the specific surface area and total pore volume of coal dust and the content of hydroxyl group are the main factors affecting the wetting of coal dust.
