城市规划科技馆的主要目的是通过展示、互动、科普教育等形式,向市民传递城市规划知识,在增强市民规划意识和提高规划水平等发面发挥着重要作用。由于城市规划科技馆的特殊功能,相关部门对室内装修质量和技术管理提出了更高的要求。基于此,文章以某城市规划科技馆装修项目为例,结合项目具体情况,分析了该项目室内装修和技术管理中存在的问题,根据相关室内装修项目管理经验,对室内装修质量与技术管理措施进行了总结,以期为同类型城市规划科技馆项目室内装修质量与技术管理提供经验参考。

The main purpose of the Urban Planning Science and Technology Museum is to convey urban planning knowledge to citizens through display,interaction,science popularization education,and other forms,playing an important role in enhancing citizens'planning awareness and improving planning level.Due to the special functions of urban planning science and technology museums,higher requirements have been put forward for indoor decoration quality and technical management.Based on this,the article takes the decoration project of a certain urban planning science and technology museum as an example,analyzes the problems in the indoor decoration and technical management of the project,and summarizes the indoor decoration quality and technical management measures based on relevant indoor decoration project management experience,in order to provide experience reference for the indoor decoration quality and technical management of similar urban planning science and technology museum projects.
