It is very important to carry out the construction project cost budget and settlement audit and cost management,and its work effect will directly affect the cost and economic benefits of the whole project.Based on this,in order to solve the problems in the project cost pre settlement audit work,this paper analyzes the difficulties and innovative ideas of the project cost management,studies the key points of the construction project cost pre settlement audit,discusses the problems existing in the actual project case combined with the project case,and puts forward the scientific treatment measures and effective prevention and control methods.
