In the whole construction process,the budget and final accounts audit has always played a vital role,which can not only help the construction unit master the scale of the project,but also make a feasibility evaluation.Through the pre settlement audit,the cost of the project can be better controlled,so as to ensure the smooth completion of the project.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current project cost budget and settlement review,and puts forward the methods and ways to improve the level of construction project cost budget and settlement review.
