摘要
混凝土回弹法是一种非破坏性的混凝土强度测试方法,能够在不破坏混凝土样本的情况下获取强度信息。但在实际检测过程中,混凝土表面光洁度、平整度和湿度等因素可能对回弹测试结果产生影响,导致工程质量问题,因此检测人员必须给予足够重视。基于此,文章深入研究了混凝土回弹法的原理和现场实时监测面临的挑战,提出了混凝土回弹法实时监测的优化措施。
Concrete rebound method is a non-destructive concrete strength test method,which can obtain strength information without destroying concrete samples.However,in the actual detection process,the factors such as the smoothness,flatness and humidity of the concrete surface may affect the rebound test results,resulting in engineering quality problems,so the detection personnel must pay enough attention to it.Based on this,this paper deeply studies the principle of concrete rebound method and the challenges faced by the on-site real-time monitoring,and puts forward the optimization measures for the real-time monitoring of concrete rebound method.
