Design and Construction of Existing Building Renovation

随着城市化进程的不断加快和人口数量的增加,建筑物的需求也越来越大。然而,许多老旧建筑物已经存在了很长时间,并且需要进行改造或重建,以满足现代社会的需求。因此,对既有建筑的改造设计和施工成为了一个非常重要的问题。文章从既有建筑改造的基础理论出发,对既有建筑改造设计及施工进行了分析,以提高建筑设计的质量和水平,促进城市建设的可持续发展。

With the accelerating process of urbanization and the increase of population,the demand for buildings is also growing.However,many old buildings have existed for a long time,and need to be transformed or rebuilt to meet the needs of modern society.Therefore,the reconstruction design and construction of existing buildings has become a very important issue.Starting from the basic theory of existing building renovation,this paper analyzes the design and construction of existing building renovation,in order to improve the quality and level of architectural design and promote the development of sustainable urban construction.
