摘要
液压缸是液压支架系统中重要的执行元件,其节液孔的液阻特性对液压支架的移动性能影响较大。以推移液压缸为例,采用压差流量试验研究了乳化液条件下不同直径节流孔的液阻特性变化规律,并对试验结果与理论计算值差异进行了分析,可为液压支架移动力学特性的进一步研究提供借鉴和参考。
The hydraulic cylinder is an important executive component in the hydraulic support system,and the liquid resistance characteristics of its throttle orifice have a significant impact on the movement performance of the hydraulic support.Taking the pushing hydraulic cylinder as an example,the liquid resistance characteristics of throttle orifices in different diameters under emulsion conditions were studied through pressure difference and flow experiment.Then,the difference between the experimental results and theoretical calculation values was analyzed,which could provide reference for further research on the mechanical characteristics of the hydraulic support movement.
