一种新型雾化喷头在选煤厂运输系统降尘中的应用

摘要 为解决常村选煤厂生产过程中粉尘质量浓度较大,传统喷雾降尘效果差的问题,对气液两相流涡旋喷头结构进行分析,采用3D仿真模拟计算方法对雾化涡旋机理进行研究,并在常村选煤厂开展了应用试验,针对振动筛、带式运输机和破碎机设计了3种综合应用涡旋喷雾和集尘罩的喷雾系统,并对除尘效果进行了分析,结果显示:现场采用雾化涡旋喷头最优水压和气压分别为0.24 MPa和0.45 MPa,此时喷雾雾化角约为55°,有效除尘雾流长度为5 m,单独采用喷头降尘率可达85%以上,配合集尘罩布置降尘系统降尘率可达92%以上,单喷头耗水量小于1 L/min,避免了二次污染影响煤质。 In order to solve the problems of high dust concentration and poor dust reduction effect of the traditional spray in the production process of Changcun Coal Preparation Plant,the structure of the gas-liquid two-phase flow vortex nozzle was analyzed,and the mechanism of atomization vortex was studied by 3D simulation calculation method.At the same time,the application experiment was carried out in Changcun Coal Preparation Plant.Then,three kinds of spray systems with integrated application of the vortex spray and the dust cage were designed for the vibrating screen,the belt conveyor and the crusher,and the dust reduction effect was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal water pressure and air pressure of the atomization vortex nozzle were 0.24 MPa and 0.45 MPa,respectively.At this time,the spray atomization angle was about 55°,and the effective fog flow length for dust reduction was 5 m.Meanwhile,the dust reduction rate could reach more than 85%by using the nozzle alone,and the rate could reach more than 92%by adding the dust cage in the dust reduction system.The water consumption of the single nozzle was less than 1 L/min,which avoided the secondary pollution affecting the coal quality.
