一种抗干扰矿用多参数传感器设计

Design of an anti-interference multi-parameter sensor for mining

摘要 针对目前矿用传感器检测参数单一、抗干扰能力较弱的问题,研制了一种矿用多参数传感器;基于光耦隔离方法解决了传感器采用串口复用采集多个参数时电平干扰问题,并设计了一种缓启电路,有效平缓了传感器上电瞬间产生大电流的问题;通过硬件滤波电路设计,消除了井下大型变频设备对传感器干扰造成误报警的问题。通过试验测试,结果表明,多参数传感器可实现一氧化碳、氧气、二氧化碳、硫化氢、温度、湿度的实时在线检测,抗干扰性较强、可靠性较高。 Aiming at the problems of single detection parameter and weak anti-interference ability of the sensor for mining,a multi-parameter sensor for mining was developed.Meanwhile,based on the optical coupling isolation method,the problem of level interference when the sensor used serial port multiplexing to collect multiple parameters was solved,and a slow-start circuit was designed,which effectively relieved the problem of large current generated instantly when the sensor was powered on.Then,through the design of hardware filter circuit,the problem of false alarm caused by the interference of large frequency conversion equipment to the sensor was eliminated.The results of the test showed that the multi-parameter sensor could realize the realtime online detection of carbon monoxide,oxygen,carbon dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,temperature and humidity,with strong anti-interference and high reliability.
