摘要
京津冀区域是我国参与全球竞争的重要地理单元,区域的高质量协同发展是未来提升国际竞争力的关键。开展京津冀区域的高质量协同发展研究,对丰富和发展城市群高质量协同发展模式、建设世界级城市群意义重大。基于我国新发展理念构建高质量发展评价指标体系,采用Dendrinos-Sonis模型从竞合角度分析2006~2020年京津冀区域的协同状况,结果表明:第一,区域内各城市的高质量发展水平差异较大,北京、天津的“头部”特征显著,但整体差距呈缩小趋势;第二,京津冀区域内51.2%的城市以竞争关系为主,协同水平仍有待提高;第三,京津冀区域的合作互动主要发生在高水平城市与低水平城市之间,竞争互动主要发生在经济实力较为相似的城市之间,河北省内城市之间的竞争互动较为频繁;最后,核心城市的带动作用明显,呈现出中心城市引领次中心城市,次中心城市引领低水平城市发展的协同格局。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important geographical unit for countries to participate in global competition.The high-quality coordinated development of urban agglomeration in China is the key to enhancing international competitiveness in the future.Research on high-quality coordinated development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is of great significance to enriching and developing the high-quality coordinated development model of urban agglomerations and building world-class urban agglomerations.Based on the new development concept of China,a high-quality development evaluation index system was constructed,and the Dendrinos-Sonis model was used to analyze the synergy status of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2006 to 2020 from the perspective of competition and cooperation.The results show that:(1)The high-quality development level of each city in the region varies greatly.The"head"characteristics of Beijing and Tianjin are significant,but the overall gap is narrowing;(2)51.2%of the cities are mainly competitive,and the coordination level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region still needs to be improved;(3)The relationship between high-level cities and low-level cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is mainly cooperative,while the relationship between cities with similar economic strength is mainly competitive;(4)The core cities play an obvious role in driving the development,presenting a collaborative pattern of"core cities lead sub-core cities,and sub-core cities lead low-levelcities".
