摘要
本文通过分析安徽省生态环境综合服务现状,构建包含4项一级指标、10项二级指标、20项三级指标在内的评价体系。利用Delphi法建立评价模型,对影响安徽省生态环境综合服务体系发展的主要因素进行定量分析,客观评价生态环境综合服务的服务水平,为各级环保管理部门考评监督以及社会化服务单位自我评价与提升提供依据。
By analyzing the current situation of comprehensive ecological and environmental services in Anhui Province,build an evaluation system that includes 4 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators,and 20 tertiary indicators.Establish an evaluation model using Delphi method,quantitative analysis of the main factors affecting the development of the ecological environment comprehensive service system in Anhui Province,objectively evaluate the service level of comprehensive ecological environment services,and propose corresponding suggestions based on the research results.Provide a basis for the supervision and evaluation of environmental management departments at all levels,as well as the self-evaluation and improvement of social service units.
