正己胺曼尼希碱缓蚀剂的制备与性能研究

摘要 选取具有苯环结构的苯乙酮和苯甲醛,与正己胺一起制备具有双苯环结构的曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,探索最佳合成条件,拓展正己胺在缓蚀剂领域的开发与应用。通过正交试验与单因素实验,确定最佳合成方案为:醛酮胺摩尔比为0.8∶1∶1,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为7 h,介质pH=5。采用静态挂片失重法对制备的曼尼希碱缓蚀剂测试其缓蚀性能。结果表明:当缓蚀剂质量分数为0.5%时,在60℃、20%的盐酸溶液中,对N80钢片的腐蚀速率为1.6207 g·(m^(2)·h)^(-1);当缓蚀剂质量分数为1%时,在90℃、20%的盐酸溶液中,对N80钢片的腐蚀速率为4.7131 g·(m^(2)·h)^(-1),均满足酸化缓蚀剂的指标要求。 Acetophenone and benzaldehyde with benzene ring structure were selected to prepare Mannich base corrosion inhibitor with double benzene ring structure together with n-hexylamine.The optimum synthesis conditions were explored to expand the development and application of n-hexylamine in the field of corrosion inhibitor.Through orthogonal test and single factor experiment,the optimum synthesis scheme was determined as follows:the molar ratio of aldehyde to ketone to amine was 0.8:1:1,the reaction temperature was 85℃,the reaction time was 7 h,and the medium pH was 5.The corrosion inhibition performance of the prepared Mannich base corrosion inhibitor was tested by static weight loss method.The results show that when the mass fraction of corrosion inhibitor is 0.5%,the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet is 1.6207 g·(m^(2)·h)^(-1) in 20%hydrochloric acid solution at 60°C.When the mass fraction of corrosion inhibitor is 1%,the corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet is 4.7131 g·(m^(2)·h)^(-1) in 20%hydrochloric acid solution at 90℃which meets the requirements of acidification corrosion inhibitor.
