轨道交通上盖开发工程转换层结构选型分析

Type Selection Analysis on Transfer Storey Structure of Over⁃Track Building Project Along Rail Transit

结合温州S1线灵昆车辆段上盖开发项目设计实例,对上、下部轴网斜交错位布置的转换层结构进行选型分析。提出此类结构的转换层选型原则,并对适用于此类结构的转换层方案进行经济性对比。结果表明,此类结构可采用梁式转换和板式转换;梁式转换方案水平转换构件斜交布置、传力复杂,存在多级转换,部分节点施工难度大;板式转换方案结构布置和施工相对简单,转换层本身造价较高,而下部结构造价与梁式转换方案相比略有增加,当功能层与交通层、生活层分期设计施工时,可按板式转换方案对其进行包络设计。

Based on the structure design of over⁃track building project on Lingkun Depot of Wenzhou Rail Transit Line S1,the type of transfer storey structure with oblique dislocation between upper and lower grids was analyzed.The principle of type selection for such kind of transfer storey structure was proposed.And economic comparison of transfer storey that suitable for such kind of structure was carried out.The result shows that both girder transfer system and plate transfer system are feasible for such kind of structure.Force transmission and partial joint construction are very complex in girder transfer system due to oblique⁃arranged horizontal transfer members and multistage transition.The structural arrangement and joint construction are relatively simple in plate transfer system.The material cost for transfer storey layer is much higher in plate transfer system than in girder transfer system,while the material costs for lower layer and foundation are just a little higher in plate transfer system than in girder transfer system.Therefore,if functional layer is designed or constructed before traffic layer and living layer,envelope design for functional layer can be carried out when plate transfer system is selected.
