Construction Planning and Research of TOD Comprehensive Over⁃Track Development Project

以温州市市域铁路S1线灵昆车辆段TOD项目为背景,结合上盖综合开发项目施工组织特性,根据地铁上盖结构形式及周边建筑物条件,分析此类项目的重难点。通过分析上盖施工临时荷载分布、项目施工时序,以及超长结构变形缝预留条件,提出对于复杂的TOD综合开发项目,需在设计阶段即进行有效施工筹划,以确定其地下变形缝设置原则、临时机械设置原则及施工步序。本文以温州市市域铁路S1线灵昆车辆段上盖开发项目施工筹划为例,提出复杂上盖开发工程施工筹划基本原则,论证在设计阶段就需考虑施工时序及施工组织的重要性,以有效减少措施费用,降低各标段总承包施工方案风险。

Based on the TOD project on Lingkun Depot of Wenzhou Municipal Railway Line S1,combined with the construction organizational characteristics of the TOD project,and the structural form of the subway superstructure and the conditions of surrounding buildings,the key and difficult points of such project were analyzed.By analyzing the temporary load distribution of the superstructure construction,the project construction timing,and the reservation conditions for super⁃long structural deformation joints,it was proposed that effective construction planning should be carried out in the design stage for complex TOD integrated development projects to determine its underground deformation joint setting principle and principles of temporary mechanical setup and related construction sequence.With the construction planning of over⁃track building project on Lingkun Depot of Wenzhou Municipal Railway Line S1 for example,this text put forward the basic principles of construction planning of complex over⁃cover development project,demonstrated the importance of considering construction timing and construction organization in the design stage,which can effectively reduce the cost of measures and reduce the risk of the construction scheme of the general contract for each bid section.
