低净空全套管取土机研究

摘要 针对下穿和邻近高速铁路等近接工程桩机施工需求,结合全回转全套管施工工艺,研制出一种适应施工净空受限条件下新型低净空全套管取土机。取土机整机配置履带走行和低高度桅杆,通过卷扬实现回转驱动和钻斗的提升、下降,采用节段拼接式钻杆,以满足空间受限条件钻进深度要求。取土机钻杆和钻斗通过设置“匚”形连接,实现正转锁紧钻进、反转分离和钻斗单独提升。同时,钻斗采用体开式结构,钻斗提升至孔口后能够实现快速倒渣,尤其对黏土层更为适用。全回转全套管钻机和取土机配套应用及推广为净空受限条件下桩基机械化施工提供了一种新的思路。 Combined with the full rotary full casing construction technology,a new type of low clearance full casing soil sampler is developed to meet the construction requirements of pile drivers in the proximity projects such as undercrossing and adjacent high⁃speed railways.The whole machine of the excavator is equipped with crawler running and low height mast.The rotary drive and the lifting and lowering of the drill bucket are realized through the winch.Segmental splicing drill pipes are used to meet the drilling depth requirements under space limited conditions.The drill pipe and drill bucket of the borrow machine are connected by a′chain′to realize forward rotation locking drilling,reverse rotation separation and separate lifting of the drill bucket.At the same time,the drill bucket adopts an open body structure,which can realize rapid slag dumping after the drill bucket is lifted to the orifice,especially more suitable for clay layer.The matching application and popularization of full rotary full casing drilling machine and soil sampler provide a new idea for the mechanized construction of pile foundation under the condition of limited clearance.
