大湾区铁路规划背景下广州铁路枢纽建设方案研究

Study on the Construction Scheme of Guangzhou Railway Hub Under the Background of Greater Bay Area Railway Planning

随着广州铁路枢纽总图规划、粤港澳大湾区城际铁路建设规划相继发布,广州铁路枢纽步入能级提升关键期,各项目建设期建设方案相互关联。为制定科学合理的广州铁路枢纽总体建设方案,结合枢纽既有铁路布局以及在建项目实施情况,对规划项目建设方案进行统筹研究,并通过对广州铁路枢纽客运布局、运输组织方案、机辆设施配套方案、各项目间相互关系以及建设时序进行综合分析,确定广州东站改造为枢纽建设的核心工程,并围绕广州东站改造方案提出具备可实施性的工程建设、运输组织与机辆设施配套方案。结果表明,依托粤港澳大湾区相关铁路规划,通过对广州铁路枢纽内各项目进行关联性分析,以铁路枢纽能级提升核心项目为重点,归纳总结出的广州铁路枢纽总体建设方案可满足建设期铁路运输需求,具备可实施性。本次研究旨在科学合理地总结广州铁路枢纽总体建设方案,为后续枢纽内铁路项目实施提供参考。

With the successive release of Guangzhou railway hub general plan and Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area intercity railway construction plan,Guangzhou railway hub has entered a critical period of capacity and upgrading,and the construction plans of each project during the construction period are interrelated.In order to establish a scientific and reasonable overall construction plan for Guangzhou railway hub,the author combined the existing railway layout of the hub and the implementation of projects under construction to make an overall study of the construction scheme of the planned project,and through a comprehensive analysis of the passenger transport layout,transport organization scheme,vehicle facilities supporting scheme,the relationship between various projects and the construction time series of Guangzhou railway hub,the transformation of Guangzhou East Railway Station as the core project of the hub construction was determined.Based on the renovation plan of Guangzhou East Railway Station,a feasible project of engineering construction,transportation organization and vehicle facilities was proposed.The results indicate that based on the relevant railway planning of Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area,through the correlation analysis of various projects in Guangzhou railway hub,focusing on the core project of railway hub energy upgrading,the overall construction plan of Guangzhou railway hub can meet the railway transportation demand during the construction period and is feasible.The purpose of this study is to scientifically and reasonably summarize the overall construction plan of Guangzhou railway hub,so as to provide reference for the subsequent implementation of railway projects in the hub.
