加强铁路营业线施工人身安全管理对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Strengthening Personal Safety Management in Construction of Railway Business Line

随着铁路新线不断投入运营,营业线施工项目日益增多。近年来,铁路营业线施工责任事故时有发生,安全形势不容乐观。本文采用安全系统理论分析营业线施工人身安全存在的问题,并在健全管理制度、强化安全防护水平、提升作业标准化程度、加强关键环节管理、培养专业营业线施工队伍等方面提出对策,为防范化解各类人身安全风险隐患提供借鉴意义。

With the continuous operation of new railway lines,the number of construction projects for business lines is increasing.In recent years,railway business line construction liability accidents have occurred from time to time,and the safety situation is not optimistic.This article adopts the theory of safety systems to analyze the problems of personal safety in business line construction,and proposes countermeasures in improving management systems,strengthening safety protection levels,improving the standardization of operations,strengthening key management,and cultivating professional business line construction teams.This provides reference significance for preventing and resolving various personal safety risks.
