某复杂低品位白钨萤石资源综合回收试验研究

摘要 以湖南某选厂浮硫尾矿为研究对象,开发出“钨萤石同步浮选-钨加温精选-钨精选尾矿回收萤石”新工艺,全流程闭路试验可获得产率0.57%、WO_(3)品位65.21%、回收率80.80%的钨精矿和产率2.98%、CaF_(2)品位91.45%、回收率45.27%的萤石精矿,实现了钨萤石资源高效综合回收。 Taking the floating sulfur tailings of a scheungite fluorite mine in Hunan as the research object,a new process of"synchronous flotation of tungsten fluorite-tungsten heating and refining-tungsten refining tailings to recover fluorite"has been developed.The closed-circuit test of the whole process results in a yield of 0.57%.Tungsten concentrate with WO_(3)grade of 65.21%and tungsten recovery of 80.80%and fluorite concentrate with yield of 2.98%and CaF_(2)grade of 91.45%and fluorite recovery of 45.27%,which realizes efficient comprehensive recovery of tungsten-fluorite resources.
