摘要 回转式阳极炉在阳极铜浇铸作业过程中存在铜水落差高、飞溅大、铜水温降大、浇铸结束后残余废铜多的问题。为了解决这些问题,贵溪冶炼厂设计了一种滑板出铜装置。实现了阳极炉底部出铜,大幅降低了出铜过程铜水落差、减少了废铜产出量,减少了铜二次冶炼成本。减少了燃料单耗,杜绝了铜水带渣可能,阳极板产品质量得到提升。 In the process of anode copper casting operation,the rotary anode furnace has the problems of high copper water drop,large splash,large temperature drop of copper water,and a lot of residual copper scrap after casting.In order to solve these problems,the Guixi smelter designed a skateboard copper output device.The copper output from the bottom of the anode furnace is realized,which greatly reduces the copper water drop in the copper production process,reduces the output of copper scrap,and reduces the cost of copper secondary smelting.The fuel unit consumption is reduced,the possibility of copper water strip slag is eliminated,and the quality of anode plate products is improved.
