摘要
文章利用经典热力学和散点分析法对高品位冰铜旋浮熔炼中砷的分布行为进行了理论分析和生产数据分析,考察了冰铜品位、铁硅比、沉浸渣温及渣含钙对砷分布的影响。理论分析表明:砷在冰铜与渣相中主要以As_(2)和Cu_(3)As形式存在,烟气中砷应以As_(2)、AsS等形式为主。生产数据分析表明:随着原料中砷含量增加,砷会增量进入气相,冰铜品位的提高有利于砷入冰铜,铁硅比的提高,有利于砷进冰铜相和渣相,沉浸温度对砷分布影响较小,渣含钙的增加有利于提高砷入渣,分配系数与冰铜品位、铁硅比及沉浸温度均呈负相关,与渣含钙呈正相关。
In this paper,the theoretically and the production data analysis of arsenic distribution in high-grade matte floatation smelting were carried out by means of classical thermodynamics and scatter point analysis,the effects of matte grade,iron-silicon ratio,leaching slag temperature and calcium content on arsenic distribution were investigated.Theoretical analysis shows that arsenic in matte and slag phase mainly exists in the form of As_(2)and Cu_(3)As,while arsenic in flue gas mainly exists in the form of As_(2)and AsS.The analysis of production data shows that with the increase of arsenic content in the raw material,arsenic will increase into the gas phase,the increase of the grade of matte is beneficial to the entry of arsenic into matte,the increase of the iron-silicon ratio is beneficial to the entry of arsenic into matte phase and slag phase.The distribution of arsenic in slag was negatively correlated with the grade of matte,the iron-silicon ratio and the leaching temperature,but positively correlated with the content of calcium in slag.
