摘要
文章采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定硬质合金中的铼。样品用氢氟酸、硝酸溶解,选λ=197.312 nm作为铼的分析波长,高纯钨基体匹配,标准工作曲线法测定硬质合金中的铼量。方法相对标准偏差为1.07%~2.63%,加标回收率为99.9%~101.0%。方法简便快速,适用于生产分析。
Refractory metal rhenium content in cemented carbide determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The samples was dissolved with hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid,selectλ=197.312 nm as the analytical wavelength for rhenium.High purity tungsten matrix was matched,standard working curve method was used to determine the amount of rhenium in cemented carbide.The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.07%~2.63%,the recoveries with standard addition is 99.90%~101.00%.The method is simple and rapid.It can be applied to production analysis.
