广西高校发展型资助育人项目化管理路径研究

Research on the project management path of development-orientedsubsidized education in Guangxi colleges and universities

资助育人作为高校十大育人体系的重要组成部分,是高校落实立德树人根本任务的具体实践,是实现为党育人、为国育才使命与责任的重要载体。基于办好人民满意教育的使命要求、落实立德树人根本任务的实践要求、实现人的全面发展目标的应然要求,研究发展型资助育人项目化管理符合教育强国建设以及新时代对人才培养的要求。结合当前广西高校发展型资助育人的实践模式,从管理学项目管理的视角,提出广西高校发展型资助育人项目化管理的实践路径应以设计满足学生个性化需求的发展型资助项目、构建发展型资助育人项目化管理实效性评价指标、构建发展型资助育人项目化管理全过程育人模式为落脚点,最终通过“资助树人”实现“立德树人”的人才培养目标。

As an important part of the ten education systems in universities,subsidize education is the concrete practice of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and an important carrier for realizing the mission and responsibility of educating people for the Party and the country,Based on the mission requirements of the people’s satisfaction with education,implement the practical requirements of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,the necessary requirement to realize the goal of all-round human development.Research on the project management path of development subsidize education conforms to the requirements of the construction of a powerful education country and the cultivation of talents in the new era.Combined with the cur.rent practice model of development subsidize education in Guangxi universities,from the perspective of project management in management,putting forward that the practical approach of project management of development subsidize education in Guangxi universities should be to design the development subsidize projects that meet the individual needs of students.construct the evaluation index of the effectiveness of project management of development subsidize education,the aim is to construct the whole process education model of project management of development subsidize education.Finally,through“subsidizing the cultivation of talents”to achieve the goal of“moral cultivation of talents”.
