玻璃体切割术后面向下体位患者人文关怀护理的应用及效果评价

Application and effect evaluation of humanistic care in post-vitrectomy patients with face-down position

目的探讨人文关怀护理在玻璃体切割术后面向下体位患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月~2021年12月局麻下行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后面向下体位患者45例作为观察组,另选2021年1月~2021年6月局麻下行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后面向下体位的45例患者作为对照组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组实施人文关怀护理模式干预。比较两组患者舒适度、干预前后焦虑情况[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)],两组对关怀护理的满意度。结果干预后,观察组舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对关怀护理的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对玻璃体切割术后面向下体位患者实施人文关怀护理模式,可提高患者舒适度,明显缓解焦虑,提高患者对关怀护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in post-vitrectomy patients with face-down position.Methods 45 patients with face-down position after vitrectomy with silicone oil filling under local anesthesia from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 45 patients with face-down position after vitrectomy with silicone oil filling under local anesthesia from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the control group.Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group and humanistic care nursing model was used in the observation group.The patients'comfort,anxiety before and after intervention[using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]and the satisfaction with care and nursing between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the comfort degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of SAS was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care nursing model for post-vitrectomy patients with face-down position can improve patients'comfort,significantly relieve anxiety and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care.
