基于数据分析的公交车驾驶员分类管理方法优化研究

Research on the optimization of bus driver classification management method based on data analysis

公交车驾驶员安全驾驶对公交安全管理至关重要。本文提出一种基于数据分析的公交车驾驶员分类管理方法,该方法可以识别出驾驶员行车中的各种关联因素,并使用大数据算法分析这些因素对行车安全的影响系数,最终将驾驶员分为绿区、黄区(观察级)、橙区(关注级)、红区(关怀级)等级别,以提高公交安全管理水平。

Safe driving of bus drivers is very important for bus safety management.This paper proposes a classification management method for bus drivers based on data analysis,which can identify various related factors in the driver's driving,and use big data algorithm to analyze the influence coefficient of these factors on driving safety,and finally divide the drivers into green zone,yellow zone(observation level),orange zone(concern level),red zone(care level)and other levels,so as to improve the level of bus safety management.
