摘要
优先发展公共交通是缓解交通拥堵的关键。但传统的公共交通规划较少考虑区域、城际及市域层面公共交通的系统融合,以及轨道交通与公交双网融合。本文立足大湾区视野,充分考虑公共交通系统区域融合、内外衔接及内部拓展,深入剖析粤港澳大湾区一体化融合背景下公共交通系统的发展思路;并以深圳市光明区为例,从轨道交通网络、公交线网、轨道交通与公交融合、基础配套设施、公交运营服务、TOD发展等方面系统性提出公共交通规划策略及方案,为粤港澳大湾区典型功能区公共交通系统研究提供参考。
Prioritizing public transport is key to alleviating traffic congestion.However,traditional public transport planning does not consider the systematic integration of public transport at the regional,intercity and municipal levels,as well as the integration of rail transit and public transport networks.Based on the perspective of the Greater Bay Area,this paper fully considers the regional integration,internal and external connection and internal expansion of the public transportation system,deeply analyzes the development ideas of the public transportation system in the context of the integration and integration of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and takes Guangming District of Shenzhen as an example,and systematically puts forward public transportation planning strategies and schemes from the aspects of rail transit network,bus line network,rail transit and public transport integration,infrastructure facilities,public transport operation services,and TOD development,so as to provide reference for the study of public transportation system in typical functional areas of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
