1800m^(3)级高炉炉役后期高冶强稳定运行冶炼技术

摘要 该座1800m^(3)高炉自2014年3月开炉至2022年8月停炉安全生产8年,处于炉役后期,各项经济技术指标均处于同类型高炉前列。从原燃料质量、操作制度、管理制度等维度分析该高炉保持高冶强稳定顺行的冶炼技术。分析得出,严控原燃料质量数值在管控范围内,避免入炉品位、化学成分的波动对炉况顺行的影响;量化操作,依据机理模型对操作参数合理性进行动态调控,提高经济技术指标;管理标准化,对槽下、炉前作业、设备维护进行标准化管理,降低外部条件对生产稳定的影响。 The 1800 m^(3) blast furnace has been in safe production for 8 years from its opening in March 2014 to its shutdown in August 2022,and all economic and technical indicators are in the forefront of similar blast furnaces.The production data are analyzed from the aspects of raw fuel quality,operation system,management system and so on.The analysis shows that the quality of raw materials and fuels should be strictly controlled within the control range to avoid the influence of fluctuations in feed grade and chemical composition on furnace conditions;Quantify operation,dynamically adjust the rationality of operating parameters based on the mechanism model,and improve economic and technical indicators;Standardization of management,standardized management of operations under the tank,in front of the furnace,and equipment maintenance to reduce the impact of external conditions on production stability.
