钢铁行业碳素流评价系统及应用研究

摘要 为了实现钢铁生产碳排放水平的定量化科学评价,本文基于目前权威、通用的碳排放核算方法学建立了钢铁生产机组级、工序级、产品级和企业级碳排放核算评价模型。在模型理论的指导下,通过精细化界面设计,开发出钢铁生产碳素流一体化管控软件系统,并在机组层面开展了实证应用,获得了钢铁产品机组层面的碳足迹实时数据。可应用于典型长流程和短流程钢铁生产企业,帮助其厘清碳排放现状和碳资产数据,有效开展碳排放水平历史自评和同行对标。为合理评价企业降碳潜力和遴选降碳技术措施提供了合适的方法和工具。 A carbon dioxide emission accounting and assessment model of different hierarchy including the processing line,process step,product and corporate level has been developed on the basis of the currently authority and universal carbon dioxide emission accounting methodology,with the purpose of evaluating the carbon dioxide emission levels quantitatively and scientifically during iron and steel production.A software system of the integrated management for the carbon flow of the iron and steel production has been designed with delicate user interfaces,under the theoretical frameworks of those models.The software system has been applied in some processing line,and its functional correctness has been proved,meanwhile the real time carbon footprint of the steel products has been revealed at the processing line level.The software system can be used in both typical long-route and short-route steel production plants,and their carbon dioxide emission level and carbon assets dataset will be clarified as a consequence,in addition to the effectiveness of the historically self-evaluation and industrial benchmark.Furthermore,the appropriate approach and tool can be prepared for assessing the potential and choosing the technological measurements of the carbon dioxide emission abatement with the assessment system proposed by this paper.
