摘要
基于多普勒气象雷达数据,通过MATLAB和Python混合编程,设计一套集短临天气监测、作业指令计算等主要功能为一体的地市级人工影响天气作业数据处理系统。该系统将业务工作流程进一步规范细化,可以解析多种雷达产品并叠加GIS信息、安全射界图等,通过准确识别追踪目标作业云体的多项特征以快速计算作业指令。经过业务应用检验,该系统便于交互式处理且输出结果能够为现阶段的人工影响天气指挥工作提供客观科学的参考依据。
Based on the Doppler weather radar data,we design a set of municipal artificial weather operation data processing software integrating the main functions of short-term and imminent weather monitoring and operation instruction calculation through mixed programming of MATLAB and Python.The software further standardizes and refines the business workflow.It can analyze a variety of radar products and overlay GIS information and safety range map.It can quickly calculate the operation instructions by accurately identifying and tracking multiple characteristics of the target operation cloud.After the business application test,the software is convenient for interactive processing,and the output results can provide an objective and scientific reference for the command of artificial weather at this stage.
