摘要 针对山西煤炭运销集团某矿现用的安全生产管理系统存在管理模式相对较落后、安全隐患大、管理手段相对较单一的问题,提出了一种以现代化信息化为基础的煤矿安全生产管理系统,介绍了该系统的主要结构,创建了以“人、机、环、管”为核心的,环环相扣的煤矿安全生产智能化生产管理系统,并在该矿进行了现场应用测试,测试结果表明:应用该煤矿安全生产信息化管理系统后,作业过程风险实现了信息化管理,矿井安全生产所需的安全生产管理人员减少了54.5%,安全生产事故的数量减少了93.4%,煤矿安全生产管理效率显著提升,管理效果明显好转,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工况下,煤矿安全生产管理提供参考。 A coal mine safety production management system based on modern informatization is proposed to address the problems of relatively outdated management mode,large safety hazards,and relatively single management methods in the safety production management system currently used in a certain mine of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group.The main structure of the system is introduced,and an intelligent production management system for coal mine safety production with"human,machine,environment,and management"as the core and interlocking is created,and on-site application testing was conducted in the mine.The test results showed that after the application of the coal mine safety production information management system,the risk of the operation process was achieved through information management.The number of safety production management personnel required for coal mine safety production was reduced by 54.5%,and the number of safety production accidents was reduced by 93.4%.The efficiency of coal mine safety production management was significantly improved,and the management effect was significantly improved,achieving good application results.It can provide reference for coal mine safety production management under similar working conditions.
