一种多路集成时钟本振分配模块的设计

摘要 文章介绍了一种集成了P、S、X 3种工作频率的一分四功分网络的时钟本振分配模块。时钟本振分配模块主要应用在雷达面阵分机中,用于将频率源产生的时钟本振信号分配给子阵使用。文章阐述了功分网络的布局形式、叠层方法、降低模块输入输出驻波的方法、降低X波段功分网络插入损耗的方法以及提高模块输出端口间幅相一致性的方法。经加工实测,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,验证了分析的正确性和有效性。目前,该模块已批量应用在某型相控阵雷达中。 In this paper,we introduce a clock and local oscillator distribution module that integrates three different operating frequencies of P-band,S-band,and X-band.The clock and local oscillator distribution module is mainly used in radar array subsystem to allocate the clock local oscillator signal generated by the frequency source to the sub array subsystem for use.This article introduces the layout form of power division networks,stacking methods,as well as methods to reduce module input and output standing waves,reduce X-band power division network insertion losses,and improve the amplitude phase consistency between module output ports.After processing and actual measurement,the test results are basically consistent with the simulation results,verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the analysis.At present,this module has been widely applied in a certain type of phased array radar.
