民族地区文旅产业高质量发展路径研究——以凉山州越西县为例

On the Path of High-Quality Development of Cultural Tourism Industry in Ethnic Areas—Taking Yuexi County of Liangshan Prefecture as an Example

文旅产业是民族地区经济社会发展的有力抓手和重要突破口。民族地区地域特色鲜明,生态资源丰富,多元文化繁荣,文旅产业高质量发展的舞台十分广阔。为使文旅产业更好融入乡村振兴战略实现高质量发展,以文旅资源丰富的四川省凉山州越西县为个案研究,研究表明民族地区文旅产业呈现良好的发展态势,但仍然存在着文旅资源与生态环境协同保护开发力度不够,文旅产业创新融合发展模式单一,文旅产品同质化现象较为严重等问题。对此,需要坚持政府主导,推进协同开发,整合文旅资源,创新发展模式,打造品牌效应,科技赋能文旅,培育文旅人才,以进一步促进民族地区文旅产业高质量发展。

Cultural tourism industry is a significant catalyst for the economic and social growth of ethnic regions.These areas possess unique regional traits,abundant ecological resources,and thriving multiculturalism,providing ample opportunities for high-quality development of the cultural tourism sectors.To promote the integration of the cultural tourism industry into the rural revitalization strategy for achieving high-quality development,this study examines Yuexi County in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province.The county boasts rich cultural tourism resources and the study indicates a positive development trend in the cultural tourism sector in ethnic areas.However,there remain challenges,including inadequate protection and development of cultural tourism resources and the ecological environment,a singular approach to innovative and integrated cultural tourism industry development,and significant homogenization of cultural tourism products.In order to promote high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in ethnic areas,it is necessary to follow a government-led approach that promotes synergistic development,integrates cultural tourism resources,innovates the development model,creates brand effects,empowers the cultural tourism industry with science and technology,and cultivates talents in this industry.
