摘要
每门课程都有着各自的教学目标,包含知识、能力与素养的三重维度,而在当前教育变革的背景下,这些维度已无法满足新时代的要求,因此需要充分挖掘课程的思政要素,发挥各自的育人作用,并将课程内容与课程思政元素自然结合、紧密联系。文章通过对“烹饪营养学”课程的思政要素进行挖掘与提炼,并对其实施实践过程进行说明,为课程思政的深入贯彻提供借鉴。
Each course has its own teaching objectives,which include knowledge,ability,and literacy.However,in light of current educational changes,these dimensions may no longer meet the requirements of the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to fully explore the ideological and political elements of the course and ensure that each element plays its respective roles in cultivating talents.The course content should be naturally combined with,and closely linked to,the ideological and political elements.Taking“Culinary Nutrition”as an example,the article provides a reference for the in-depth implementation of curriculum ideology and politics by mining and refining the ideological and political elements in the course and explaining the practical process of their implementation.
