民族地区传统村落保护与发展策略研究——以阿坝州黑水县羊茸哈德村为例

On Protection and Development Strategy of Traditional Villages in Ethnic Areas——A Case Study of Yangronghade Village,Heishui County,Aba Prefecture

传统村落被誉为中华文化活的灵魂,也是真实反映地域文化的传承载体,随着当前传统村落保护与发展的持续升温,一些在实践路径上存在的现实问题逐渐暴露。文章以阿坝藏族羌族自治州黑水县羊茸哈德村民族地区的保护与发展为例展开研究,从满足村民日常需求、尊重传统村落生成和发展规律、保持传统村落完整性、真实性和延续性等原则出发,为培育发展“农文旅”特色经济提供实质性支撑,以提升村民幸福度、改善村民生活条件为目标,促进羊茸哈德村全面发展,实现传统村落乡村振兴。

Traditional villages are hailed as the living soul of Chinese culture and a true carrier of regional cultural inheritance.With the growing attention to the protection and development of traditional villages,some practical problems that exist in the practical path are gradually exposed.This paper took the protection and development of ethnic areas in Yangronghade Village,Heishui County,Aba Prefecture as an example to conduct researches.Starting from the principles of meeting the daily needs of villagers,respecting the laws of traditional village generation and development,and maintaining the integrity,authenticity,and continuity of traditional villages,the author proposed to provide substantive support for cultivating and developing the“agriculture,culture,and tourism”characteristic economy,with the goal of improving villagers’happiness and living conditions,promoting the comprehensive development of Yangronghade Village and realizing the revitalization of traditional villages and rural areas.
