中国式现代化视域下非物质文化遗产实证分析——以宁夏贺兰砚为例

An Empirical Analysis of Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Context of Chinese-style Modernization——Taking Ningxia Helan Inkstone as an Example

非物质文化遗产记录着人类生产生活方式、人文风俗习惯、文化价值理念等,是在实践的动态过程中不断积累产生的。在中国式现代化进程中,如何把握好非物质文化遗产的守正与创新、传统与现代、物质文化与非物质文化之间的协调关系显得尤为重要。本文以宁夏贺兰砚制作技艺为个案对象,通过文献研究和田野调查,阐明在中国式现代化视域下,政府、传承人和社会各界共同努力,为宁夏贺兰砚打造出一条国家主导、坚持以人为本、符合社会发展阶段性特征的发展之路,以期在非物质文化遗产为中国式现代化赋能中提供生动的实践经验。

As the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee pointed out:“The Party has led the people to successfully embark on the road of Chinese-style modernization and created a new form of human civilization.”Intangible cultural heritage records human production and life style,customs and habits,cultural values and concepts,which is an accumulation of practice.In the process of Chinese-style modernization,it is important to balance upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,tradition and modernity,material culture and intangible culture.By literature research and field investigation,the paper expounded that in the context of Chinese-style modernization,the government,the inheritors and all sectors of society should make joint efforts to create a development road for Helan inkstone in the presence of the state,adhering to the people-oriented and conforming to the stage characteristics of social development.As a result,it is expected to provide a vivid practical experience in the empowerment of intangible cultural heritage for Chinese path to modernization.
