湖南省公共图书馆城乡一体化服务体系建设研究

Research on the construction of urban-rural integrated service system of public library in Hunan province

我国社会主义精神文明建设稳步前进,公共图书馆扮演的阅读服务中心的角色更加凸显,城乡文化一体化建设的发展趋向也在不断加强,这在客观上有力推动了我国公共图书馆服务体系建设的发展。为了在新时期更好提升推进湖南省公共文化服务体系的高质量发展,文章介绍了城乡一体化概念和公共图书馆服务体系的内涵,并简单阐述湖南省公共图书馆城乡一体化服务体系建设现状及建设过程中潜在的问题。同时,围绕新时期公共图书馆服务体系建设目标,从实体服务和数字服务两个领域、多个方面,提出了湖南省公共图书馆城乡一体化服务体系若干建设策略。

With the steady progress of our socialist spiritual civilization construction,the role of public library as a public culture reading service center is more prominent,the development trend of urban-rural cultural integration construction is also strengthening.It has objectively promoted the development of our public library service system construction.In order to better promote the high-quality development of Hunan’s public cultural service system in the new era,this paper introduces the concept of urban-rural integration and the connotation of public library service system,and briefly expounds the status quo and potential problems in the construction of public library urban-rural integration service system in Hunan province.At the same time,centering on the construction goal of public library service system in the new era,the author puts forward several construction strategies of urban-rural integration service system of public library in Hunan province from two aspects:physical service and digital service.
