我国概念验证发展的现状及对策研究

Current situation and countermeasures of the development of proof of concept in China

概念验证作为弥补基础研究与市场化之间空白的关键环节,对提高我国科技成果转化效率、实现科技强国目标具有重要作用。文章在介绍国内外概念验证发展概况的基础上,分析我国概念验证存在着资助政策单一、概念验证中心质量不高、缺少专业人才等问题,并提出了加强概念验证的建议。

Proof of concept,as the key link to fill the gap between basic research and marketization,plays an important role in improving the transformation efficiency of science and technology achievements and realizing the goal of science and technology power.On the basis of introducing the development of proof of concept at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problems such as single funding policy,low-quality of proof of concept center and lack of professional talents,and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen proof of concept.
