摘要
碳量子点因其合成简便、生物相容性良好、低成本和优越性能等特点,近年来发展迅速。其中,带隙宽度是影响碳量子点应用的一个关键因素。本文针对近年来碳量子点在带隙宽度调控方面的研究,从“自上而下”和“自下而上”两种制备策略出发,对将碳量子点的光学性质向长波长、窄带隙方向调控的方法进行了综述,包括尺寸调控、表面态调控和前驱体选择等,并对带隙可调碳量子点制备存在的挑战和前景进行了讨论。
In recent years,carbon quantum dots(CQDs)have rapidly developed due to their simple synthesis,good biocompatibility,low cost,and excellent performance.The band gap width is one of the key factors affecting the application prospects of carbon quantum dots.This article provides a comprehensive review of recent research on band gap engineering of CQDs.The methods for tuning the optical properties of carbon quantum dots to longer emission wavelengths and narrower band gaps based on two synthetic strategies,"top⁃down"and"bottom⁃up",are mainly reviewed.These methods include size control,surface state engineering and precursor selection,which have significant impacts on the band gap of CQDs.Finally,the challenges and prospects of band⁃gap⁃tunable CQDs synthesis are discussed.
